Bootcamp Training in Glasgow with Steven Terris Personal Training



If you enjoy the great outdoors, consider joining one of my bootcamps.

Each course of bootcamp training spans over a 6 week period and targets cardio-vascular fitness, muscle toning and weight loss.

Bootcamp training takes place twice per week and consists of a fitness test at the beginning and end of 10 outdoor training sessions.

I have successfully ran bootcamp training out of Scotstoun leisure centre and LA Fitness centre in Milngavie.

My next bootcamp training course will be in April 2010 and if you have a group of 8 or more people, I invite you to contact me using my booking form for prices.
